T - CHILDCARE PROVIDER REGISTRATION IS EASY WITH PAYPAL OR A CREDIT CARD ON LINE!!! - You may print a registration or pay on-line with Paypal or credit card on line by going to the left of this page, go down and place the curser on CHIDCARE PROVIDER and pick the location you prefer: When you get a calendar just go to the top and click on REGISTRATION FORM.
